Douglas Hoey, RpH, MBA
Douglas Hoey is the Chief Executive Officer of the National Community Pharmacists Association. He has spent more than 20 years working in and representing community pharmacies. NCPA represents the nation’s more than 22,000 community pharmacies and their pharmacists. He is a licensed pharmacist in Oklahoma, Virginia, and Texas and practiced for five years in community and long-term care pharmacy settings, contributing to the development of expansions into durable medical equipment and home infusion. For five years, Douglas Hoey also developed and taught pharmacology courses at George Washington University and Marymount University. He is also co-chair or chairman of the boards of directors for Surescripts, Mirixa, the NCPA Innovation Center, and the Community Pharmacy Enhanced Services Network-USA. He is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Pharmacy and the Oklahoma City University Meinders School of Business.
Philip Theoharides
Philip Theoharides has more than 30 years of corporate lending and asset-back structured finance experience. Currently, Philip Theoharides is a Managing Director at Balance Point Capital Advisors, LLC, a private equity and debt fund focused on investments in US based lower middle market companies. Prior to Balance Point, Philip Theoharides spent 13 years with GE Capital creating and raising over $2 Billion for innovative co-investment programs. Also, throughout his career, he also held senior managerial positions for TPG (Texas Pacific Group) Credit Management and Katonah Capital and Debt Advisors (a Kohlberg Capital company). Philip Theoharides is an expert in securitization having structured over $5 Billion in transactions. He received a BS from Skidmore College with a concentration in accounting.
James E. Lineberger
James Lineberger has been a member of Lineberger & Co., LLC since joining the firm in 1988. Lineberger & Co., LLC is a private investment company engaged in financial asset management for the personal accounts of its affiliates and members. The firm has evolved from an investment banking firm and member of the New York Stock Exchange in 1968 to a diversified investment company. James Lineberger serves on the board of directors of several of the firm’s portfolio company investments. Before joining the firm, James Lineberger was an analyst with the Eastern Corporate Finance Group of General Electric Capital Corporation as a financial analyst. Prior thereto, he was a staff accountant at Sensormatic Electronics Corporation. He received a BA in History from Denison University in 1983.
David M. Hoisington
David Hoisington has over 25 years of experience as an investment advisor. David Hoisington currently serves as Executive Vice President and Vice Chairman of the Strategic Investment Committee at Hoisington Investment Management Company(HIMCO) which manages over $6 Billion for institutional and high net worth family offices. Prior to HIMCO, David Hoisington worked at Anderson Consulting and equity departments in New York at both Goldman Sachs, and J.P Morgan. David Hoisington holds a BA from the University of Texas at Austin.
